Welcome everyone to the 24th running of the Knee Knacker…runners, volunteers, family & friends. The final countdown has started, and there’s the usual flurry of activity this week. Runners, congratulations on making it to the start line. I hope you have trained well, tapered well and are ready for Saturday....
Thanks to Glenn and Spencer who were up and over Black Mountain tonight. Glenn says he’s “pleased to report that most of the snow has disappeared…there are a couple of stretches of filthy white stuff, but best of all…there will be MUD!!”
