2025 Race week schedule

Thursday, July 10 – Registration, packet pickup & race briefing

5:30 pm – 7:00 pm

  • Location: Forerunners North Vancouver Store – 980 Marine Drive, North Vancouver
  • Registration, packet pickup, and sign an updated waiver.
  • Picture identification is required; someone else can pick up your race packet if they bring a photo of your ID.

7:00 pm – 7:45 pm

Friday, July 11 – Registration, packet pickup

5:30 pm – 6:30 pm

  • Location: Forerunners North Vancouver Store – 980 Marine Drive, North Vancouver
  • Registration, packet pickup, and sign an updated waiver.
  • Picture identification is required; someone else can pick up your race packet if they bring a photo of your ID.
  • All runners must register by Friday night. There is no day of race registration.

Saturday, July 12 – Race Day!

4:40 am – 5:00 am

  • Shuttle to start line:
    • The 3 shuttle buses leave Panorama Park, Deep Cove (finish line) for the start on Westport Road, West Vancouver, at 4:45 am, 4:50 am, and 4:55 am, respectively.
    • Early morning parking for the day for those using the shuttle will be available at Cove Cliff Elementary School – Full details are here.
  • Restrooms will be open at Panorama Park.
  • The last bus leaves at 4:55 am sharp!

5:15 am – 5:40 am

  • Mandatory runner’s check-in
  • If someone else picked up your race packet, you need to bring a photo ID and sign an updated waiver at check-in.
  • Portable toilets are available for your convenience.
  • No day of race registration.

5:45 am

  • Last-minute instructions.

6:00 am

11:00 am – 4:00 pm

  • The race ends – Panorama Park: 2200 Block of Panorama Drive near the corner of Gallant Avenue, Deep Cove, North Vancouver.
  • Showers are available at Parkgate Community Centre at a nominal cost of $2.00 – 3625 Banff Court, a couple of kilometers west along Mt. Seymour Parkway.

4:30 pm

  • Awards ceremony at Panorama Park as a part of the finish line ‘Party in the Park’, with catered food (12:30 pm to 5:00 pm) for runners, family, and friends, and a cash bar in an outdoor beer garden (1 pm to 7 pm).
