Update, April 03, 2020:
The Knee Knacker 2020 race is canceled.
The 2020 group training runs will not be held.
A number of runners will be getting together on Wednesday evenings for unofficial training runs on and around portions of the Baden-Powell trail.
These runs are a great opportunity to experience parts of the Knee Knacker race route as well as other local trails and to meet like-minded folks.
All skill levels are welcome.

Important information
- All runs start and end at Cleveland Dam parking lot in North Vancouver.
- Please arrive at 5:15 pm to allow time for the group to organize; at 5:25 pm we will do a briefing, and we start running at 5:30 pm.
- Runs take place rain or shine.
- There are usually runners in a variety of pace groups on each run.
- Routes are subject to change based on trail conditions such as high snowpack, blowdowns, or washouts.
- Check our Facebook group page on Tuesday evenings before each run for last minute updates.
- You do not need to be a Knee Knacker entrant to come along on these runs. Anyone who wants to experience North Shore trail running is welcome!
