Unofficial training runs

Update, April 03, 2020:
The Knee Knacker 2020 race is canceled.
The 2020 group training runs will not be held.

A number of runners will be getting together on Wednesday evenings for unofficial training runs on and around portions of the Baden-Powell trail.
These runs are a great opportunity to experience parts of the Knee Knacker race route as well as other local trails and to meet like-minded folks.
All skill levels are welcome.
