Knee Knackering North Shore Trail Run

The final Wednesday night “unofficial” training run is done. Ice cream and fruit as a reward. Thank you, Ran! Salvador Miranda’s training run photos from Cleveland in this photo album.
Another “normal” training run with blue skies, muddy legs, bloody knees, face plants (Tom!), falls (Steve and others) and three disoriented runners who were seen coming down from Hollyburn Mountain (for extra elevation training?). Karen Chow’s training run photos from west of Hollyburn Lodge can be found in this photo album.
There was a lot of jumps happening. Check out the jumping styles in Salvador Miranda’s training run photos from Cypress Provincial Park in this photo album.
Today’s photographic adventure: mozzie bait and snorts in the bush. Advised snorting creature (bear?) to move along–many runners will be coming by soon. Karen Chow’s training run photos from Hollyburn Chute can be found in this photo album (sans snorting creature).
Salvador Miranda’s training run photos from Start line area (Nelson Canyon Park) and the descent from Black Mountain can be found in this photo album.
The short technical downhill east of Lillooet Road is now a smooth trail highway to the pipeline bridge. Maybe you’ll be able to shave a few seconds from your PB here. 🙂 Karen Chow’s training run photos can be found in this photo album.
