- Location – Forerunners North Shore (980 Marine Drive).
- Arrive from 6:00 pm, panel and Q&A will start 6:30 pm. Wrap up around 8:00 pm.
Capacity limited, first come first serve, floor seating. - A panel of Erin Galloway (2023 First time KKNSTR finisher), Owen Hope (lifelong KKNSTR vollie, committee member), Kim Magnus and Ellie Greenwood (both former KKNSTR winners and current committee members).
- Hear stories, get training tips and ask questions of experienced KKNSTR runners.
