SFU performance study recruiting Knee Knacker runners
A study on performance in ultra-marathon runners in the 2016 Knee Knackering North Shore Trail Run is being conducted by the Laboratory for Exercise and Environmental Physiology at Simon Fraser University. If you are interested to find out about volunteering as a 2016 Kneeknacker runner in this study please contact Dr. Matthew White by email at matt at sfu.ca. An information session is being set up for interested 2016 Kneeknacker runners.
Update:
Two information sessions for our 2016 KK SFU Performance study will be held on Wed June 15th and Wed June 22nd at Highlands Elementary School in their library. Each meeting will start at 7:30 am after the unofficial training runs and I will stay until 9:30 pm, but the information session should only take about 30 min. The address for Highlands School is 3150 Colwood Dr, North Vancouver, BC V7R 2R6. All interested in participating in the study are welcome to attend. For those who have signed up to participate and have replied to the Doodle Poll for the study, but can not attend a Wed information session, they will be contacted individually.
