Where Meet at Inter River Park, the far north end of the parking area beside the soccer fields off Lillooet Road near Capilano University. Bring Treats and coffee will be provided by Delany’s. Please bring other food and drinks that will keep you going for at least 4 hours. Be sure to have a good breakfast.
How Long The fun starts at 9:00 am and will continue for at least 4 hours. If you miss us at the start simply head north on the main trail until you come across a bunch of runners getting dirty and having fun as usual.
Supplies Tools and materials will be provided by the District of North Vancouver. We may have gloves available but please bring your own gloves and appropriate clothing. You will be getting dirty. If you have a favourite tool you’re welcome to bring it but make sure it is marked with your name. If you have buckets, picks, shovels, and hammers, bring them too, just in case we run out of hardware. Also, please contact Andrew if you have a chainsaw and can bring it (along with yourself as the operator, of course). Note : you will only be able to use the chainsaw under the guidance of Graham Knell from the District of North Vancouver. Please do not do your own trail maintenance at any time with a chainsaw unless Graham is there.
