Aid Station Captains are ready to go!

We are so excited to have many of our captains returning this year, and also we would like to welcome the new captains who are joining the team!

We have eleven (that’s right, eleven!), major and minor aid stations that will be supporting you during your Knee Knacker race! These stations will be loaded with good cheer, encouragement, support, amazing food and drink, basic first aid, and personality! This event cannot happen without the generous support and time the captains and their teams put in to help make your run successful!
