The following cut-off times are strictly enforced:
- Cypress Bowl 9:00 am (3 hours)
- Cleveland Dam 11:00 am (5 hours)
- Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve 1:30 pm (7.5 hours)
- Mt. Seymour Road 3:15 pm (9.25 hours)
- Panorama Park, Deep Cove, finish line, 4:00 pm (10 hours)
Mandatory checkpoints
There are 4 mandatory checkpoints on the course.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you’ve been noted at these checkpoints:
- Cypress Bowl
- Cleveland Dam
- Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve (LSCR)
- Mt. Seymour Road
