“Contrary to last year wet and cold weather, we found beautiful blue sky and tonnes of bugs waiting for us around the aid stations. After the heavy reconstruction of the Hollyburn Lodge, Kneeknackers were able to run through the areas and were surprised to see such beautiful over grown section. I was happy to see familiar faces and meet new friends. One of the runners had hot sauce condiment packet pairing with other energy gel. I guess whatever it took to get you through this tough race was worth carrying.” ….Herman Kwong, 2 times Knee Knackerer finisher
