Training Runs Info

Starting every spring we are offering free for all training runs covering all sections of the race course.

Wednesday evening training runs start on the first Wednesday in April and held weekly until 10 days before race day.
These training runs cover sections around the middle of the race course, and are relatively shorter in duration – between 1 to 3 hours.

Sunday morning training runs start on the first Sunday in May and held weekly until a week before race day.
These training runs cover all sections of the race course and are relatively longer in duration – between 2 to 7 hours.

All training runs are a great opportunity to experience parts of the Knee Knacker race route and other local trails and to meet like-minded folks. They are free, all skill levels are welcome, and one does not need to be a Knee Knacker entrant to come along on these runs.
